摘要：本文分析了中国农产品出口市场遭遇技术贸易壁垒的原因，并根据2001年至2010年中国出口日本的农产品数量及金额，对比了日本肯定列表制度推出前后农产品对日出口的数量及金额的变化，分析了肯定列表制度推出前后出口日本农产品种类的变化情况以及找出没有完全回到日本市场的农产品的种类，因此找到农产品回到日本市场的对策。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the China agricultural product export markets were technology trade barriers reasons, and according to the 2001 to 2010, Chinese exports to Japan's agricultural product quantity and amount, compared the Japan before positive list system of agricultural products, launched the quantity and amount of export changes, analyzes the positive list system of agricultural products export Japan launched around and find out the changes species not fully back to Japan the market of agricultural products, so find types of agricultural products market countermeasure return to Japan.

我国是农产品出口大国，遭遇技术贸易壁垒是无法避免的，要想在日本的农产品市场长期驻足下去，就不得不直面技术贸易壁垒，只要中国农产品出口主要企业积极面对，提前做好各种应对措施，才能把这个制度实施带来的影响降到最低；只有把影响降到最低，才能更快更好的回到原有的农产品市场，在国际农产品市场占有更大的份额。只有这样，中国的农产品才能在国际市场更加壮大。
