摘要:产业结构调整是当今各国发展经济的重要课题,调整和建立合理的产业结构,目的是促进经济和社会的发展,人民物质文化生活的改善。宿迁市作为江苏省的一个欠发达城市，虽然其产业结构大体上已呈现出“二三一”的格局，但是其产业结构件以及产业结构内部仍需要经一步优化。
本文主要解决的问题时宿迁市产业结构与其经济发展的策略研究，围绕这个问题，本文首先回顾了国内外学者对产业结果和经济发展的研究成果。然后利用近年来宿迁市国民经济数据初步描绘出宿迁市产业结构现状和发展趋势，归纳的到：宿迁市产业结构正朝着“二三一”的格局发展，但是与江苏省和苏南发达城市相比，宿迁市产业结构层次依然较低，三次产业内部仍存在恒多问题。之后本文通过相关分析法证明了宿迁市三次产业结构与经济发展的相关性。最后对宿迁市产业结构调整提出了一些建议和对策。

Abstract:Industrial structure adjustment is the important subject of economic development all over the world, and to establish a reasonable industrial structure, the purpose is to promote economic and social development, the improvement of people's material and cultural life. suqian as a less developed city in jiangsu province, although its industrial structure in general has presented the "231" pattern, but its industrial structure and industrial structure inside still need by step optimization.
In this paper, we solve the problem of suqian industrial structure and economic development strategy study, around this problem, this article first reviewed the domestic and foreign scholars research achievements of the result of the industrial and economic development. Then use suqian in recent years, the national economic data to describe preliminary suqian industrial structure present situation and development trend of induction to: suqian industrial structure is developing towards the pattern of "231", but compared with and developed cities in the south of jiangsu, jiangsu province, suqian industrial structure level is still low, three times industry internal constant many problems still exist. Later in this article, through correlation analysis proves that the correlation of suqian three industrial structure and economic development. Finally, suqian industrial restructuring put forward some Suggestions and countermeasures.
