摘要：近几年来，世界经济延缓快速增长的势头，保持了平稳增长，但增速有所放缓。多极化和全球化进程进一步加强，世界经济结构不平衡问题突出，以贸易摩擦为代表的国际经济矛盾呈上升趋势，中国众多对外出口贸易企业在当今国际形式下受到了严重的冲击，其中中国的纺织业也受到了一定的影响。中国绍兴轻纺城产业集群是以市场为导向的、马歇尔式的内源型产业集群，是国内最大的纺织品出口贸易企业。本文结合当前国际形式，对绍兴轻纺城进行研究，探究其发展历程、发展现状和发展中存在的问题，并由此展开对于当前形式下绍兴轻纺城的发展路径研究，目的在于使绍兴轻纺城能够在动荡的国际经济形式下顺利的发展下去，并以此对中国出口贸易企业起到借鉴和启示作用。

本文首先通过对于当前国际经济形式的观察研究，分析当前的国际形势，以及中国的出口贸易企业面临的一些问题，分析中国的经济结构，对以后中国的对外出口贸易有一定的理论意义。
另外，本文重点研究了中国比较有代表性的纺织出口贸易企业绍兴轻纺城在当前国际经济形势下的发展，研究当前经济形势下绍兴轻纺城企业的机遇与挑战，研究针对当前经济形式的企业发展路径的较优策略，主要应对措施如：调整企业发展战略、优化产业升级推动企业发展与国际化接轨、提高外贸纺织品质量和产品附加值、培养高素质外贸人才、引进技术优化创新。最后将研究结论和启示推广到我国其他同类出口贸易产业。这对我国对外出口贸易企业具有一定的实践意义。
