摘要:随着计算机技术的飞速发展,传统的手工操作已经不再适应采购业务管理,越来越多的公司使用采购管理系统软件,采购管理软件易于对公司的采购业务进行管理,并节省大量的时间,简化系统流程。    论文主要分析了采购管理的需求情况,设计目标,数据结构,数据流程和系统的主要特点等,重点介绍了系统功能模块的详细设计和实现方法,以及开发本系统所用的关键技术。该系统分为三个主要模块,员工管理模块,基础数据模块,采购管理模块。本系统可以快捷方便的对采购业务进行管理,并随时了解采购货物的库存情况和使用情况,以便使公司迅速作出决策,调整采购业务。该系统还可以节省大量数据的手工操作,使用寿命长,成本低,存储量大,提高了公司采购业务的效率,对公司的发展有很大的帮助。    系统采用当前较流行的web应用技术---JSP、Java、Ajax,运用B/S模式使系统更加的方便,采用MY SQL作为后台数据库,利用JDBC技术实现了与后台数据库的互连,使用JavaBean技术封装了对数据库的常用操作。同时,系统采用目前比较流行的web设计模式MVC模式使系统的扩展性大大的增强。

Abstract:With the rapid development of computer technology, the traditional manual no longer meet the procurement management, more and more companies use the procurement management system software, purchasing management software is easy for companies to manage procurement operations, and save a lot of time, simplify the system processes.     Paper analyzes the demand for procurement management, design goals, data structure, data flow and the main characteristics of the system, focusing on functional modules of the system detailed design and implementation methods and the development of the key technologies used in the system. The system is divided into three main modules, employee rights management module,basic data management  module, procurement management module. The system can be fast and convenient management of procurement operations and to keep abreast of the procurement of goods and use the inventory to enable the company to make decisions quickly, adjust the procurement operations. The system can also save a lot of manual data, long life, low cost, large memory capacity, improve the efficiency of procurement operations of the company, the development of the company is very helpful.     System uses the more popular web application technology --- JSP, Java, Ajax, the use of B/S model makes the system more convenient, using MY SQL as the backend database, using JDBC technology for the interconnection with the background database, using JavaBean technology encapsulates the common operations on the database. At the same time, the system uses the more popular web design patterns MVC model allows expansion of the system greatly enhanced.
