摘要:随着电子计算机和通信技术的发展，人类已经逐渐地进入信息化社会。大学社团管理走信息化、网络化、现代化的管理，可以提供统一的社团网络管理信息、使同学们更快更方便的了解社团信息及最新动态、提高社团的工作效率及质量，以及增加社员与社员、社员与社团管理者、社团与社团联之间的交流，规范大学社团管理和帮助学生了解社团信息。
学生社团是高校校园文化的重要载体，是高校第二课堂活动的主要阵地，参加学生社团，是丰富校园生活、培养兴趣爱好、参与学校活动、扩大知识领域、增加交友范围最好的途径。因此建立社团管理系统也可以帮助新生，快速了解、融入大学生活。本论文构建大学社团网络管理信息系统的设计与实现，针对的用户是全校大一新生以及全校对社团活动感兴趣的老生、社团的成员、社团联管理人员或老师，主要的开发目标有：实现社团活动、社团搜索功能；实现网上注册申请加入社团功能；实现活动信息、社团信息详情查询功能；实现新社团申请功能；实现优秀社团、优秀社员投票功能；实现用户管理、管理员管理、文档管理、公告管理、活动管理、社费管理。
本系统主要通过Microsoft Visual Studio 2005开发工具，应用C#、vb.net脚本语言，结合SQL sever数据库来实现系统功能。本系统具有界面友好，操作简单，比较实用等优点。
