摘要：随着经济的快速发展，越来越多的人参与到了期货交易中。期货公司需要对这些客户进行严格的管理。但现有的各类软件系统功能单一，只能分别管理客户的基本信息或资金，无法将这些信息完整的整合到一起，这样的管理需要大量的人工工作，管理效率低下。因此本课题开发、设计相应的管理系统，将客户基本信息的管理，客户资金结算，交易状况监控等功能系统的整合到一起，从而达到简化操作，提高效率的目的。
本课题根据企业要求，研究并开发基于VC++的客户信息管理软件。文中介绍了该软件需求，目的及意义，阐述了设计思路和实现方案，具体对软件的各个功能进行了详细介绍。其中重点阐述了软件的基本算法。最后对在设计过程中遇到的难点（例如不同时间段的客户持仓管理）进行了分析，并且给出了相应的解决方案。

Abstract：With the rapid economic development, more and more people to participate in the futures. Futures companies need strict management of these clients. However, the existing types of software system features a single, were only able to manage customer information or funds basic, not fully integrated this information together, so that management requires a lot of manual work, management, and inefficient. Therefore, the subject of development, design appropriate management systems, the basic information the customer management, customer capital settlement, transaction status monitoring systems integration and other functions together, so to simplify operations, improve efficiency.
The subject according to business requirements, research and development based on VC++ for customer information management software. This paper describes the software requirement, purpose and meaning, describes design and implementation of programs, specifically the various functions of the software described in detail. This focuses on the basic algorithm of the software.Finally, the difficulties encountered in the design process(for example, customers in different time position management)are analyzed, and the corresponding solutions.

期货交易作为一种新生事物经过近二十年的发展，从无到有，从无序逐步走向规范。期货业务管理、客户管理也在经历着一个摸索的过程。但鉴于期货行业本身发展时间不长，大部分期货公司的客户管理还比较单一，管理的方式也较原始。长久以来，期货公司的工作模式都是将客户信息分别由各个部门进行管理，例如将客户信息，交易信息，客户服务分别由不同的部门来负责，有些公司甚至没有客户管理的部门和人员。这样做势必导致客户信息不能完整的整合起来，各部门之间的信息传递难免会有错误发生，因此公司需要相关软件，能够将零散的客户信息整合起来，以便将客户信息进行系统管理。
基于此，本课题研究并开发客户信息管理系统，该系统将客户基本息的管理，客户资金结算，交易状况监控等各项信息通过不同模块间的数据传递，从而将功能系统的整合到一起，从而达到简化操作，提高效率的目的。以满足期货公司的需求，同时也达到了锻炼自己的目。
