摘要：欧债危机给全球经济带来了冲击，中国自然不能例外。而作为中国前三出口大省的江苏，其外向型经济也面临着严重的挑战，同时也出现了一些机遇。本文对欧债危机下江苏外向型经济的状况做了理论分析，主要是运用了弹性分析法，得出结论江苏商品的弹性系数与在欧债危机下江苏外向型经济所受影响程度成正比。而江苏商品的弹性系数则与江苏出口商品的可替代程度成正比，这就要求我们提高产品的核心竞争力。另外本文运用了SWOT分析法，对内部和外部的优势和劣势做了综合实证分析，主要用了比较分析法，对江苏外向型经济作了横向比较和纵向比较。横向比较主要是跟浙江省同期数据做比较，纵向比较主要是和江苏省本身历年数据作比较，最后得出江苏外向型经济的内外部优势和劣势。并针对分析结论提出了一些对策和建议，促使江苏外向型经济能够抓住机遇，迎接挑战，稳定、健康、可持续的发展。

Abstract：The debt crisis in Europe has had an impact on the global economy, China is naturally no exception.As top three export province in china,the export-oriented economy of Jiangsu faces serious challenges, while there are also some opportunities.This article does some theoretical analysis about the situation of export-oriented economy in Jiangsu in the background of European Debt Crisis,mainly elastic analysis,to come up with a conclusion that the elasticity coefficient of Jiangsu commodity is proportional to the impact of Jiangsu extroversion economy under the European debt crisis,which required us to enhance core competitiveness of Jiangsu commodity.Besides we do some empirical analysis,mainly comparative analysis,about the internal and external advantages and disadvantages, so as to do horizontal comparisons and vertical comparison.Comparison of horizontal mainly means being compared to Zhejiang and vertical comparison mainly means being compared to the data of the past years of Jiangsu itself,which come up with the internal and external advantages and disadvantages of export-oriented economy in Jiangsu.In the end,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.These can make Jiangsu export-oriented economy to seize opportunity, meet a challenge and reach stable, healthy, sustainable development.
