摘要：我国是世界上最大的纺织品服装生产国和贸易出口国，出口总额在我国进出口产品中位居前列。在后配额时期，全球纺织品贸易正式回归到自由贸易体系中来，在这种大环境下，我国纺织品服装贸易取得快速发展。然而贸易壁垒的盛行，给我国纺织服装行业带来了极大的影响，阻碍了我国由贸易大国向贸易强国发展的步伐。本文以贸易壁垒对我国纺织品服装出口的影响及对策为研究对象。首先描述了我国纺织品服装出口现状，包括出口规模、出口市场以及出口贸易方式。然后介绍我国纺织品服装出口遭遇的贸易壁垒，包括技术壁垒、社会壁垒、反倾销和特保措施。随后研究贸易壁垒对我国纺织品服装出口的影响，包括积极影响和消极影响。最后从政府层面、企业层面和行业协会层面提出应对纺织品服装贸易壁垒的对策。

Abstract：China is the world's largest textile and garment producer and exporter trade, the total exports is in the forefront among import and export products in China. In the post-quota period, the global textile trade is formally returned to free trade system, in this environment, China's textile and garment trade developed rapidly. However the prevalence of trade barriers brought great impact to the Chinese textile and garment industry, hindering the China's pace that developed from trading nation to trade power. This paper takes the impacts and countermeasures of trade barriers on China's textile and garment exports as the research object. First describe the current situation of China's textile and garment exports, including the scale of export, export market and export trade patterns. Then describe trade barriers that encountered by China's textile and garment exports, including Technical barriers, Social barriers, Anti-dumping and Special safeguard measures. Soon study the impacts of trade barriers on China's textile and garment exports, including positive impacts and negative impacts. Finally provide some countermeasures on how to deal with trade barriers on textile and garment from government, enterprises and industry association.
