摘要:随着我国经济的快速发展和信息技术以及科技水平的不断提高，我国的物流产业如雨后春笋快速地发展起来，而快递业作为高端的物流产业也随之发展蓬勃。尤其是近年来电子商务的快速发展，给我国的快递行业带来了巨大的市场，电子商务的发展同时也促进了我国快递业的发展。为了我国巨大且充满潜力的快递市场，快递企业们时刻在进行着残酷的厮杀。中国加入WTO后，国家政策的全面开放，国外快递巨头纷纷把他们的触角伸向了中国，国外快递巨头的进入，使得原本就竞争激烈的市场，竞争程度变得更加的惨烈。目前，我国已经形成民营快递与国有、外资快递企业多元共存、相互竞争的市场格局。面对残酷的竞争，三方实力最小，起步最晚，基础设施落后的民营快递，面对自身的众多问题，该如何面对对手的挑战呢？本文将根据当前我国民营快递业的发展形势，以民营快递中较知名的韵达快递为例，从多角度深入分析目前我国民营快递企业所存在的问题并找出相应的措施为民营快递业的发展指明方向。

ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of our country’s economy, and the information technology and the improvement of science technology, the logistics industry of our country develops rapidly, and express industry as the high-end logistics industry also develops rapidly. Especially the rapid development of electronic commerce in recent years, which brings huge market to the express industry in China, the development of electronic commerce also promotes the development of China's express industry. For our great and full of potential market of express, express companies are in a brutal fighting all the time.After China's accession to the WTO, opening policy, foreign express giants have their tentacles into China, foreign express giant, which makes the fierce competition in the express market being more intense. At present, has formed a private courier and state-owned, foreign enterprises, pluralistic coexistence, mutual competition pattern in china. In the face of fierce competition, private express’s strength is minimum in the three party, it also started late, with backward infrastructure , facing many problems, how to face the challenges of competitors? In this paper, according to the current development situation of China's express industry , taking Yunda Express as an example, from the multiple perspectives analyse the existing problems of Chinese private express enterprise in depth,and find out the corresponding measures for indicating the direction of private express industry development.
