摘要： 秘书是一个富于挑战性的职业，一位女秘书想要成为一名称职的秘书，就必须要有很高的综合素质。随着市场经济的高速发展，改革开放的深入，女秘书发挥着男秘书无法比拟的优势。但是，我们不能回避社会对于女秘书就是“花瓶”、“小蜜”、“二奶”这样的“误解”事实。女秘书是性骚扰的最大受害者，女秘书要懂得自我保护，维护自己的利益和尊严。在职场中，秘书是各种矛盾的汇集点，加之社会的“误解”，职场中可能受到的性骚扰，对女秘书形成的压力是非常大的。所以女秘书不但要有过硬的工作能力，也要有非凡的心理承受能力。女秘书必须保护好自己，突破自己的局限，塑造一个积极健康向上的形象，才能真正实现自我价值。

ABSTRACT: Secretary is a challenge career， a female secretary wants to be a competent secretary， she must have high comprehensive quality.With the rapid development of market economy， the deepening of reform and opening up， female secretary plays a male secretary incomparable advantage.However， we cannot avoid social for female secretary is "vase"， "small honey" and "mistresses" such a "misunderstanding" facts. Female secretary is the biggest victims of sexual harassment， female secretary need to protect themselves， to maintain their own interests and dignity. In the workplace， the secretary is various contradictions， adding to social collection of the "point，" work misunderstanding of sexual harassment， may be to female secretary formation pressure is very big. So female secretary should not only have the perfect work ability， also want to have special psychological endurance. Female secretary must protect yourself， break your limitations， shaping a positive image of healthy and upward，then our female secretary can really realizes self-value.

总的来说，做一名优秀的女秘书，是要做到很多方面的，而女秘书的形象作为基本条件首先进入人们的眼帘。女秘书的形象不仅关系到企业组织的门面问题，更是整个女性的尊严和社会地位问题。我认为，女秘书要打破社会对其误解，防止职场中的性骚扰，首先就要提高自己的素养，只有自身的素养提高了，才能抵御外界的各种诱惑，也能承受住各种压力，进而能提高自身的综合素质，向全面发展，独当一面，成为名副其实的“通才”。在建设有中国特色社会主义宏图大业中，各行各业、各级党政机关需要的有大批精明能干的女秘书，才能适应现代社会高效率的管理。尽管女秘书人员等级别不同，行业各异，“闻道有先后，术业有专攻”，其形象不能不改善，不能不提高。
本文主要在提高女秘书在职场中的自我保护与自我突破作了探讨，在实际工作中出现的挫折和不理解是多样的，并且相互制约和影响。还应该更深刻的探讨女秘书的自我保护能力以及如何最大限度地突破女秘书的局限，以实现女秘书的价值。无论是在党政机关还是企事业单位，女秘书都要以健康美好的形象进行工作。因此，女秘书在不断扩充理论、应用知识、提高各种办事能力的同事，必须不断突破自己，做新一代女秘书。
