摘要：随着中国经济文化、科学技术迅速发展和人民生活水平日益提高，体育便由学校扩展到社会，走进千家万户，逐浙深入到社会的每一个角落，成为人们日常生活中一个不可缺少的重要组成部分。因而在其内容形式上不断丰富，其影响与作用远远超出了学校中身体教育的范畴。于是体育的外延被扩大，社区体育应运而生。本文运用了文献资料法、观察法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法对本文进行研究分析，对施甸县社区体育发展现状、体育健身项目、组织形式、场馆器材、影响社区体育开展的因素进行调查与分析，探讨了影响施甸县社区体育发展的诸多因素，以期为施甸县社区体育的发展与建设提供现实依据。

ABSTRACT：Along with the Chinese economy culture, the rapid development of science and technology and the improvement of standard of living, sports have expanded from school to society, into the tens of thousands of households, penetrated into every corner of the society, people's daily life become an indispensable important part. Thus in its content and form is ceaseless and rich, its influence far beyond the school physical education. So the extension of sports is expanded, emerge as the times require community sports. Based on the literature method, observation method, questionnaire method, logical analysis method in this paper carries on the research analysis, to the Shidian County community sports development, sports fitness project, organization, facilities, community sports development influence factor investigation and analysis, explores the impact of the Shidian County community sports development factors, with a view to Shidian County Community Sports Development and construction to provide a practical basis

社区体育是指共同生活、工作在社会一定领域的单位，突破了行业界限和隶属关系，自愿参加，共同组织起来的群众体育团体，为他们的成员所组织的体育竞赛和活动[1]。社区体育作为社区文化的重要内容是社区建设不可缺少的重要组成部分。它具有可以促进居民参与社区活动、改善居民生活方式、增强社区凝集力、发展社区文化的重要作用。
随着我国对中小城市开发战略决策的实施，人们的生活水平有了大幅度的提高，同时对体育的需求也日益增长。而施甸县国民经济也得到了稳步增长，城市居民人均收入不断的增加，生活质量逐步提高，健康意识也在逐渐的增强。但施甸县社区体育由于受居民体育消费意识、群众参与意识、社区体育指导员缺乏、场地器材设施不足等因素的制约，开展处于起步阶段，相对缓慢。
社区体育是城市全民健身运动的一个重要组成部分，是全面建设小康社会的一个重要指标。施甸县社区体育开展情况怎么样，发展水平如何，标志着施甸县的经济发展水平，也是构建和谐社会的具体体现。因此，研究施甸县社区体育的现状分析影响施甸县社区体育发展之因素，探讨其规律与特点，提出相应的发展建议，对促进施甸县社区体育的发展具有重要的现实意义。
