摘要：羽毛球运动要求锻炼者能在短时间对瞬息万变的球路作出判断，并果断地予以反击，能够大大提高人体神经系统的灵敏性和协调性，具有强身匀称而协调，炼志顽强而果断，既可陶冶情操，又可赛场夺冠等特点深受广大人民群众的喜爱。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和访谈法等研究方法，对长沙市开福区群众性羽毛球运动进行调查和研究。通过对长沙市开福区羽毛球运动场馆情况以及群众参与情况的调查和研究，分析影响长沙市开福区群众性羽毛球运动开展的因素，并结合长沙市开福区羽毛球场馆不能满足人们的需求，参与者的年龄分布比较集中等实际情况提出长沙市开福区相关政府部门应加大对羽毛球运动的支持力度，羽毛球场馆应加大宣传，降低收费等促进羽毛球运动发展的参考意见，达到提高人们生活质量的目的。
