摘要：采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法等，对南京市体育舞蹈开展现状进行调查研究，结果表明南京市体育舞蹈开展过程中，存在着：体育活动场所有限，难以吸引更多的人从事体育舞蹈运动；宣传媒介对体育舞蹈运动宣传力度不够；活动群体缺乏系统的组织管理；体育舞蹈市场价格水平偏高等问题。并提出相关建议：相关部门应加强宣传，营造体育舞蹈乐园；组织专家培训，提高体育舞蹈技术和理论水平；完善竞赛机制，加强协会间竞赛交流等对策。以期为推动南京市体育舞蹈的开展与发展提供科学的理论依据。

体育舞蹈是近年来才在我国开展起来的一项深受年轻人喜爱，融合体育与艺术及健身与娱乐一体的具有推广性的健身课程。体育舞蹈作为最为时尚的健身运动之一，具有强身健体，提高人体有氧代谢功能，增强各器官系统的机能。同时，体育舞蹈也是一种文明，礼貌，高雅的文化礼仪。1992年南京体育舞蹈运动协会培训中心的成立，推动了南京市体育舞蹈的开展与发展。现今体育舞蹈在南京的发展已有一定的规模，通过查阅期刊网等资料显示，前期有部分文献对南京市体育舞蹈开展情况做一些调查研究，由于体育舞蹈的普及性还不够，因此研究的结果不具备代表性。本文主要通过对南京市几个具有代表性的健身俱乐部和健身场馆进行调查，以充分了解和认识南京市体育舞蹈开展现状，开展过程中遇到的问题以及针对这些困难提出解决对策和建议，为南京市全民健身和体育舞蹈协会管理部门提供某些有价值的参考。
