摘 要:营销策略是企业以顾客需要为出发点,根据经验获得顾客需求量以及购买力的信息、商业界的期望值,有计划地组织各项经营活动,通过相互协调一致的产品策略、价格策略、渠道策略和促销策略,为顾客提供满意的商品和服务而实现企业目标的过程。

   本文以市场营销营销管理理论为基础,运用实证分析法,对联想公司的营销策略进行了研究,分析了联想公司营销策略的现状、营销策略存在的问题,提出了具体的相应的对策。为中国企业更好地应对经济全球化带来的挑战提供参考。

ABSTRACT:Marketing strategy is the enterprise to customer needs as a starting point, to obtain customer demand according to the experience and expectation of the purchasing power of information, business value, there are plans to organize various activities, through mutual coherent product strategy, price strategy, channel strategy and promotion strategy, the process to provide satisfactory products and service for customers to realize the goal of enterprise.

   Based on the theory of marketing and marketing management, the use of empirical analysis, the Lenovo Inc marketing strategy research, to analyze the present situation, the marketing strategy of the Lenovo Inc marketing strategy issues, put forward specific countermeasures. To provide reference for Chinese enterprises to better cope with the challenges of economic globalization.
