摘 要:随着国家三网融合的逐步推进以及光网中国的不断进步,云视频平台的逐步构建完成,同时终端上智能芯片的广泛应用,智能化的操作系统得到不断的优化和APP市场应用的日渐丰富,这些不断更新进步的技术为互联网电视提供了条件。同时在国家的181号政策的出台,正式为企业打开了进入互联网电视行业的钥匙。乐视网正是抓住这一契机,推出乐视TV3D智能机,迅速的进入市场,开发市场。面对如此大的商业地带,吸引了众多的企业不断的进入有合法的小米、雷柏。同时也充斥着大量的“山寨”,这些企业不断的蚕食市场,而且市场的技术基本相差不大,那么乐视网应该怎样做来整合市场,清理市场,占领市场最终成为市场的王者。

   本文正是在面对这样同质化严重没有规矩的市场的情况而进行的研究,本文主要分为五大部分:第一部分是绪论,包括乐视网公司的简介及阐述选题的背景;第二部分对乐视TV3D智能机当前面对的宏微观环境进行分析;第三部分结合自身和竞争对手进行SWOT的分析,找出自身的当前优势、劣势、机会和威胁;第四部分对当前乐视TV3D智能机的商业模式进行分析得出一些商业模式中的不足之处并提出一些建议;第五部分对产品的未来应用主要是“CP2C”模式——定制化服务,进行了一些发展方式和流程的说明。

   This article is in the face of this situation, researches, this paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, introduces the research background; the second part is the analysis of macro and micro environment as TV3D intelligent machine face; third part of the analysis of SWOT combined with their own and competitors; the fourth part is to analyze the business model on the current music TV3D intelligent machine and puts forward some proposals; the fifth part makes some explanations for the future APPlication of the product.
