摘要:随着我国社会经济的不断发展和社会制度的不断健全，人们的法制意识越来越强，对社区矫正这一新型刑罚方式也越来越关注。我国的“社区矫正”，是指将符合社区矫正条件的罪犯置于社区内，由专门的国家机关，在相关社会团体和民间组织以及社会志愿者的协助下，在判决、裁定或决定的期限内，矫正其犯罪心理和行为恶习，并促进其顺利回归社会的非监禁刑罚执行活动。
本文通过对社会工作介入社区矫正的可行性分析，从政府、司法所、社区、矫正对象以及社会工作者几方面出发，阐述社会工作方法介入社区矫正的优势，了解进行社区矫正的可行性，健全矫正机制的迫切性，以及建立一支专业社会工作者队伍的必要性。运用社会工作的工作方法与技术，进行社区矫正工作方面的帮助，帮助建立政府公信力，从而为构建和谐社会贡献力量。
