摘 要:秘书是管理活动的重要因素，是通向权力的重要关口。秘书的职业伦理是每一位秘书工作的指向标。加强秘书伦理建设，能够指导每位秘书正确的从事自己的本职工作，使得个人的人生价值得以全部实现，部门的管理活动得以良性发展，进而促进整个社会的可持续发展。本文将秘书伦理建设的相关问题与时下较火的职场影片《杜拉拉升职记》相结合，分析了影片中秘书职业伦理建设存在的角色困境、利益困境以及舆论困境，并提出了提高秘书知识能力，明确道德伦理准则以及加强新闻沟通等相应解决困境的方法。

ABSTRACT:Secretary is an important factor in management activities and also the gateway to k power important juncture. The secretary occupation ethics is the guide of secretary work.. To strengthen the construction of the secretarial ethics can guide each secretary to be engaged in their work in a proper way. Thus, the personal life value of secretaries can be fully fulfilled , and the management activities of departments gain a benign development. Then, the sustainable development of the whole society will be promoted.In this paper,the author will combine the issues related the secretary occupation ethics with the movie Go Lala Go and analysis it. Through discussing the role dilemma profit dilemma and opinion dilemma in relevant Secretary of professional ethics construction, the paper analyzes the deviation of secretary occupation ethics in the movie Go Lala Go, finally summarizes the methods as improving the Secretary knowledge ability,clearing moral principles and strengthening the coordination of mass media.
