摘要:随着中国经济结构和社会结构随着经济和社会的发展发生着巨大变化，社会矛盾的加剧和问题频发，严重阻碍了社会的进步和发展。与此同时，我国社会工作发展迎来了发展机遇期。近几年我国社会工作事业得到突飞猛进的发展，但仍然处在探索发展期，社会工作和社会工作机构在成长和发展过程中，面临各方面，不同层次的困难。为了能够切实的了解目前社会工作机构运作过程中呈现出的问题并提出相对应的对策建议，文章采用实证研究方法——访谈法、观察法和文献整理分析法进行研究。访谈了某民办社会工作机构负责人和社会工作者，结合对机构的观察和相关文献研究，对民办社会工作机构目前运行现状、存在问题进行阐述和分析。最后试图借鉴社会工作专业理论知识、社会实践经验以及港澳台地区先进经验，提出社会工作运行管理对策和建议。

ABSTRACT:As economic and social structure in the economic and social development process is undergoing tremendous change in China, social contradictions and problems intensified, hindering social progress and development. At the same time, social work get the opportunity to develope in China.
In recent years, China's social work career is developing rapidly, but it is still in the exploratory period of development. Social work and social work agencies are in the growth and development process, faced with various aspects, different levels of difficulty. To be able to effectively understand the problems in the current operation process of social work agencies and to propose the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, the article uses empirical research methods - interviews, observation and analysis of literature, through interview leaders and social workers in a civil social work organization. Then it is described and analyzed the current running status and problems of the civil social work organization. At last, it is proposed suggestions based on the social work profession theories and practical experience in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions.
