摘要：我国是一个农业大国，大部分人口还生活在农村，改善农村的医疗卫生条件，提高农村医疗体制的公平性是农村发展的重要工作，也是民族复兴的根本。通过本篇论文笔者希望对更好的解决农村“看病贵、看病难”的问题有所帮助，能够更好的体现农村合作医疗体制的公平性。我国正处于建设社会主义新农村的关键时刻，改善和提高亿万农民的医疗和健康应该是建设社会主义新农村的关键所在。因此，加强农村医疗卫生建设，提高医疗体制的公平性是建设社会主义新农村的重要内容，这也为农村医疗卫生发展提供了大好机遇。

Abstract: China is a large agricultural nation, most of the population still lives in rural areas, and improve rural health conditions, enhances the fairness of the rural medical system is the important work of rural development, but also the fundamental national rejuvenation. Through this paper the author hope to better solve the rural "doctor, difficulties in getting your help" problem, can better reflect rural cooperative medical care system of fairness. Our country is in the construction socialism new countryside a critical moment, millions of farmers to improve and enhance the medical and health should be the construction socialism new countryside key.
