摘要:秘书岗位作为企业中重要的工作岗位,其在社会中的地位显得至关重要。而作为培养秘书人才的主体——高校的责任显得尤为重大。因此,必须建立一个高效完整的秘书专业人才培养模式。此次调查显示了我校秘书专业在校学生所受的人才培养模式的基本情况,同时也显示了我校秘书专业在职毕业生的一些就业情况。

   在调查研究的过程中,发现我校秘书专业人才培养模式在具体实施时的不足之处:培养目标的设立与实施有差别;教学内容和课程以及评估制度重理论、轻实践;教学方式和方法缺乏创新性。针对我校秘书专业人才培养模式存在的问题,有以下解决途径:以市场需求为导向进一步调整培养目标;平衡教学内容和课程的理论、实践这两个分支;完善评估制度,使其对学生的知识、能力、素质作全面测试;鼓励教师采取多种手段教学。

Abstract:Important post as corporate secretary jobs, their status in society is crucial. As culture secretary personnel subject - the responsibility of universities is particularly significant. Therefore, we must establish a complete and efficient secretary of Professional Training Mode. The survey shows that our school secretary professional school students suffered training model of the basic situation, but also shows my secretary job professional graduate school some employment.

   In the course of investigation, I found my school secretary Professional Training Mode In the specific implementation of shortcomings: the establishment and implementation of the training objectives are different; teaching contents and curriculum and assessment system heavy theory and practice of light; teaching methods and methods lack of innovation. Our school secretary for Professional Training Mode problems, ways to solve the following: market demand-oriented training objectives further adjustment; balanced teaching content and curriculum theory, practice these two branches; perfect evaluation system to make the students knowledge, ability and quality for a comprehensive test; encourage teachers to take various means teaching

   企业秘书作为一个社会的重要岗位,其培养直接关系到是否能满足社会的需要。而高校是其培养工作的主要负责人,对于向社会输出合格的秘书人才有着不可推卸的责任。

   本次调查旨在全面了解我校秘书专业人才培养模式的构建以及实际的实施效果,并在此基础上对调查数据进行整理、统计、分析、研究,把握我校秘书专业人才培养模式的现状及其合理性,为它存在的问题及以后的发展给出可行化的意见或建议,为我校秘书专业的学生的学习和教师的教学提供借鉴,从而也为我校秘书专业的领导为其以后对这一模式的完善提供参考资料。
