摘要:行政秘书工作主要是负责领导办公室的日常事务的处理，而行政秘书人员的工作效率直接关系到领导的工作进度。根据对徐州地区行政秘书人员职业倦怠的调查研究发现，现在有相当一部分的行政秘书因为各方面的原因存在严重的职业倦怠，进而导致秘书团队的工作热情退却效率下降。本文对行政秘书的职业倦怠的原因进行分析，并且针对具体的原因有针对性的提出对策，希望可以缓解行政秘书人员的职业倦怠症状，提高行政秘书的业务能力。

Abstract:The administrative secretary is mainly responsible for leader’s the office daily transaction processing, work efficiency of administrative secretary is directly related to the leadership of work progress.According to the survey of XuZhou region administrative secretarial staff job burnout research findings,now there are a part of the executive secretary for all the reasons there are serious job burnout, leading to the secretary team work enthusiasm retreat, efficiency decline.In this paper, the executive secretary of the paper analyzes the causes of job burnout, and targeted put forward the countermeasures for specific reasons.Hope can alleviate symptoms of executive secretary personnel's job burnout, improve administrative secretary business ability.

针对现在行政秘书职业倦怠的现象，我决定对徐州在职行政秘书人员的展开调查与研究。通过研究这个课题报告来了解徐州在职行政秘书职业倦怠的的现状，希望可以找到导致行政秘书人员职业倦怠的原因，并且针对具体的原因提出相应的对策，给众多的正在秘书岗位奋斗的工作人员带来一些安慰，也可以让我们更好地了解这一个专业，渗透到这个行业中来。
