摘  要: 本文设计了一款可用于在线实时监测蓄电池各项性能技术指标的系统,该系统以AT89C51单片机为控制核心;采用放大衰减法进行电压测量,具有精度高,稳定性好的特点;采用取样电阻法进行电流测量:将电流测量转换为电压测量,该方法有结构简单,实现方便的特点;采用DS18B20进行温度测量:精度高达0.5。C,分辨率高。及时了解蓄电池的工作状态,使其安全有效地运行。

   实验结果表明,该设计实现的电压,电流,温度测量的功能,具有电路结构简单,成本低廉,使用方便,可靠性强的特点,具有较好的市场应用前景。

Abstract: In this paper,a used for online real-time monitoring of the battery’s performance of technical indicators of the system is designed,use a AT89C51 MCU as core controller,the attenuation magnify method for voltage measurement,have the feature of high precision and good stability;the sampling resistor method for current measurement:convert current measured to voltage measured,have the feature of simple structure and achieve conveniently;use the DS18B20 for temperature measurement,accuracy of up to 0.5.c,the resolution is very high.To keep abreast of the working status of the battery, make it safe and effective operation.

   Experimental results show that:achieving the function of the measurement of voltage,current and temperature in this design,have the feature of circuit structure is simple,low cost,easy to use and reliability.  There is a positive prospect of practical market share.
