【摘 要】:企业库存管理系统是一个企业不可缺少的部分,它的内容对于企业的决策者和管理者来说都至关重要,所以企业库存管理系统应该能够为用户提供充足的信息和快捷的查询手段。但一直以来人们使用传统人工的方式管理仓库中的各种物资设备,这种管理方式存在着许多缺点,如:效率低、另外时间一长,将产生大量的文件和数据,这对于查找、更新和维护都带来了不少的困难。 通过对库存管理的实际调查,明确其完整的业务流程,以进行系统分析、系统设计、系统实施。在分析库存管理的具体情况后,采用SQL数据库系统作为材料库存管理系统的后台数据库。由于Microsoft公司的Visual C++工具面向对象可视化编程的特点,有利于系统的开发,所以决定用其作为主要开发工具。 系统具有数据录入、修改、记录查询、报表打印等功能。较全面满足了材料企业库存管理的各项工作。该系统采用模块化原理编程,做到了模块规模适中,本身相对独立。模块化使程序结构清晰,易于设计、易于理解,提高了系统的可靠性。

【Abstract】;Warehouse inventory management system is a enterprise essential part, its content for the decision makers and managers all very important, so the warehouse inventory management system should be able to provide users with sufficient information and the quick inquiry method. But people have always used the traditional artificial means of various materials warehouse management equipment, this management way has many shortcomings, for example: efficiency low, moreover the time is long, will produce the massive documents and the data, this regarding the search, the renewal and the maintenance has brought about a lot of difficulties.Through the investigation of inventory management, make clear its complete business process, for system analysis, system design and system implementation. On the analysis of the specific conditions of the inventory management, using SQL database system as type material inventory management system of backend database. Because Microsoft company's Visual C++ tools object-oriented Visual programming characteristic, is beneficial to the development of the system, so decided to use it as a major development tool. The system has the data entry、alter, records inquires print. A full meet the material inventory management of the work. The system adopts the principle of modular programming, do the module moderate scale, is relatively independent. Modular make the program structure is clear, easy to design, easy to understand, improve the reliability of system.
