摘要:据了解,现在的水果装箱行业还没有完全实现机械化、自动化,特别是在形状不规则水果的装箱行业中,只有很少一部分采用机械装箱,而大多数仍然采用手工装箱,特别是石榴的装箱还没有自动化的机械设备。手工装箱不仅需要大量的劳动力,而且速度慢、装箱效率低。针对这一情况,就需要设计出自动化的装箱机器,这样既能减少劳动力的浪费,而且还能提高装箱效率,同时还能实现大批量或者小批量装箱,实现石榴装箱的高度机械化和自动化,从而促进经济的快速发展。

   本文首先介绍了选题的目的及意义,阐述了国内外装箱机的发展现状,然后根据不同的工作原理设计出三种不同的装箱方案,并对不同的方案进行对比之后选出最佳方案;其次对传动系统进行了详细的设计;再次,对装箱系统中的执行部分,即气压传动系统做了简要介绍和设计;接着对装箱机的控制部分,即PLC控制部分做了详细的设计;最后对本文的设计进行总结,简要说明本设计的特点与不足,并对水果自动装箱机的前景提出展望。

ABSTRACT:It is understood, the fruit industry has not fully realized mechanization, automation packing. Especially in the irregular shape of fruit packing industry, only a few of the mechanical loading, and most are still using manual packing, especially pomegranate packing is not automated machinery and equipment. Manual packing not only requires a lot of labor pay, and slow speed, low efficiency of packing. In view of this situation, we need to design a automatic packing machine, so as to reduce the waste of labor force, but also can improve the loading efficiency, and can realize mass or small batch packing, realize the pomegranate packing of high mechanization and automation, so as to promote the rapid development of economy. Therefore, according to the university four years, and have learned, designed a pomegranate automatic packing machine to realize the automatic packing of pomegranate. 

   This paper firstly introduced the research purpose and significance, elaborated the domestic and foreign development situation of packing machine, according to the different working principles design three different schemes, and the different schemes are compared to select the best scheme after. Then select a carton conveyor in detail design, again, on the packing system of executive part, namely the pneumatic transmission system are briefly introduced and the design, the packing machine control part, namely the PLC control section design in detail.
