摘  要:本论文设计了一套满足于钢铁公司轧钢厂线材生产工艺的要求,根据线材轧钢厂生产和工艺要求,将打成捆的钢筋进行移送、收集,通过吊装进入成品库的设备。具有较高的安全系数和使用寿命,且便于机械自动化安装和管理。

   首先,对比分析带式输送,链式输送等目前多种输送系统的特点,选择链式输送机具有更好的适应性。所以本文集中设计了以链式输送机为核心的整套装备,可以保证钢筋运输过程的稳定性。系统中的动力模块分为主副两部分,主模块使用电机为系统提供主动力,驱动链轮运转。副模块采用油缸,为工作中的机械手臂等提供动力。 

   本文针对该系统的工作环境,对多个部件进行了半自动化机械结构设计,为整个系统的正常稳定性工作提供了有力的结构支持。

Abstract:This article is to design a system for transporting a special cargo. It is desired to adjust to the caustic and harmful environment,and can work stably for a long time.  At the same time, it can be assembled quickly and automatically. 

   First, by comparing the belt conveyor, chain conveyor, water transportation and other delivery systems, chain conveyor  has a large advantage over others in such environment. So the chain conveyor is chosen as the core part. Based on the chain conveyor system, the whole system consists of several parts, such as transporting part, testing part, cleaning part, seal part, control part. Depending on each other, the delivery system is able to transport the substance stable and accurately, also can locate the location of the substance by using the sensor. The power module includes two parts, the main part is the servo motor. it can provide the main power for the system, driving the sprocket’s operation. At the same time , it can work well with the closed-loop control module. The other power part is the cylinder modules, supplying the power for the mechanical arm, which is to install and removal or replace the used working parts. Meanwhile, considering the Fixture features-‘Efficiency and self-locking’, the components’ structure design of the binding site among the different parts reference to the jigs and fixtures. In addition, in order to protect the core parts from corrosion and contamination in the harsh environment, the system’s sealing parts can increase the contact pressure and improve the sealing effect by the inclined contact surface successfully.

   In this paper, according to the working environment of the system, the structure  design of the whole system can make full use of the features ,providing a strong structural support for the transporting system.
