摘 要:本次设计的磨粉机底座侧板属于面粉加工机械设备中的一个重要零件。

   底座侧板主要采用焊接方式加工而成。首先由钣金经过折弯,再和其它零件焊接成为一个部件,最后经机械加工成型。为保证焊接和机械加工后产品精度,需在该零件加工中设计必要的工装,对其进行定位、夹紧,以保证零件的加工精度要求。最终设计出一套焊模夹具和刨床夹具来保证磨粉机底座侧板的加工。

   本课题以焊接支架零件为例,紧密结合生产实际,让我了解工装在制造过程中的作用和基本设计方法,能进一步提高我的工程设计和解决实际问题的能力。通过这次对磨粉机底座侧板的工装设计,使我熟悉了面粉加工机械的很多机构和精度要求,了解了很多关于钣金、焊接工艺方面的知识,让我对所学习的关于工装设计知识有了进一步的完善。

ABSTRACT:The design of the mill base plates are flour processing machinery and equipment is an important part.

   Base plates mainly welding processing. After first by sheet metal bending, welding and other parts again become a member, the final machining molding. To ensure the product after welding and machining precision is required in the design of the necessary parts machining tooling, its positioning, clamping, in order to ensure the machining accuracy. Final design a welding jig and fixture to ensure that the planer mill base side processing.

    The topics to weld brackets parts, for example, in close connection with the actual production, let me know tooling role in the manufacturing process and the basic design method can further improve my engineering design and the ability to solve practical problems. Through this mill base plates for tooling design, so I am familiar with many agencies flour processing machinery and precision requirements and learn a lot about sheet metal, welding process knowledge, so I learned about the tooling design knowledge has been further improved.
