摘  要:在当今计算机技术飞速发展的时期,虚拟仿真技术在各行业都得到了广泛的应用。三维电脑动画技术日渐成熟,并且获得了广泛的应用。众多功能日趋强大的三维软件给现代动画的设计制作带来了极大的方便,也为设计师开拓了更广阔的创意空间。Pro/E 是现代机械行业中应用较为广泛的三维软件之一,主要用于对零部件进行精确建模、组装和分析。

   本设计主要内容有:1.对展开式双级圆柱齿轮减速器进行拆卸及测绘;    2.对减速器进行三维造型;3.将三维模型进行组装,并将装配过程制作成装配动画;4.对减速器做运动仿真。

   本设计制作的示教动画让读者对减速器有一个直观的认识,了解到它的拆装过程及工作原理,可作为教学动画在课堂展示给学生。

   利用虚拟样机技术,可以使产品的设计者、使用者和制造者在产品研制的早期,在虚拟的环境中,直观形象地对虚拟的产品原型进行设计优化、性能测试、制造仿真和使用仿真,这对启迪设计创新、提高设计质量、减少设计错误、加快产品开发周期有重要意义。

ABSTRACT:In today's period of rapid development of computer technology, virtual simulation technology in all sectors have been widely used. 3D computer animation technology is maturing, and a wide range of applications. The many functions of the increasingly powerful 3D software to the design of modern animation has brought great convenience, but also for the designer to open up a wider scope for creativity. Pro / E is widely used in modern mechanical industry, one of the three-dimensional software, mainly for the accurate modeling of parts, assembly and analysis.

   The main content of this design are: an expansion two-stage cylindrical gear reducer, the demolition and mapping; three-dimensional shape of the reducer; the three-dimensional model to be assembled, and assembly process produced assembly animation; motion Simulation of the reducer.

   Teach animation design to give readers an intuitive understanding of the reducer, learned that the disassembly process and works as a teaching animation show to students in the classroom.

   Use of virtual prototyping technology, designers, users and manufacturers of products early in product development, in a virtual environment, the visual image of the virtual prototype for design optimization, performance testing, manufacturing simulation and the use of simulation, inspire innovative design, improve design quality, reduce design errors, speed up product development cycles.
