摘要：在中国民族民间舞中，膝部屈伸有着特殊的地位，它是所有舞蹈中必不可少的基本动律，它在民族民间舞中有着举足轻重的作用。本文运用所学的舞蹈知识，从膝部屈伸的作用、膝部屈伸的形式、中国民族民间舞中膝部屈伸的特点及中国民族民间舞中膝部屈伸的训练等方面入手，对膝部屈伸在中国民族民间舞中的运用做一个较为系统深入的分析研究，从而更好地掌握中国民族民间舞的动律和风格。
