基础教育异化的原因及转变路径探析

 

摘要:教育本身的目的是为了培养出德智体美等各方面全面、和谐发展的人。然而,在我国当前的基础教育中,却存在着种种违背教育本身目的的异化现象,表现为基础教育的功利性、片面性和不平等性。造成基础教育异化的原因有:教育管理行政化、市场经济作用、社会价值观扭曲和科举文化根深蒂固。要转变基础教育异化,我们可以从教育管理去行政化、改革不合理的教育评价机制、坚持社会主义核心价值观和提高教师综合素质这几个方面着手。

The study on the reasons and transition paths of basic education alienation

 

Abstract:Education itself is intended to cultivate virtue, wisdom, and other aspects of a comprehensive, harmonious development of man. However, in our current basic education, there is alienation contrary to the purpose of education itself manifested as utilitarian, one-sidedness, inequality of basic education. Causes of alienation of basic education are:education administrative management, the role of the market economy, social values and deeply rooted distorted imperial culture. To change the alienation of basic education, we can go from the administration of educational management, reform the irrational educational evaluation mechanism, adhere to the socialist core value and improve the overall quality of teachers in these aspects.
