摘要：公平是人类孜孜不倦追求的目标，高等教育公平是社会公平在教育领域的延伸与扩展。教育公平问题是我国教育事业发展中一直存在的问题，如何实现高等教育公平，为国家培养出更多优秀的人才一直以来都是我们追求的目标。本文主要阐述了高等教育的内涵以及我国高等教育公平存在的问题，造成我国高等教育不公平现象的原因，以及提出解决高等教育公平问题措施及对策几个方面。

Abstract:Fairness is the the goal that mankind diligently pursue. Higher education equity is the extension and expansion in the field of education. Education fairness is always exist in the development of our educational cause problems. How to realize the fairness of higher education, to cultivate more excellent talents is always our pursuit of the goal. This paper mainly expounds the connotation of fairness in higher education and the higher education of our country's problems, causes our country higher education unfair phenomena, and puts forward some measures to solve problem of fairness of higher education and countermeasures.

早在古代春秋战国时期我国伟大的思想教育家孔子就提出“有教无类”的教育思想，体现了一定的公平理念。何谓教育公平呢？百度百科给出这样的定义：“是指国家对教育资源进行配置时所依据的合理性的规范或原则。这里所说的“合理性”是指教育要符合社会整体的发展和稳定的要求，要符合社会成员的个体发展和需要，并从整体和个体两者的辨证关系方面出发来统一配置教育资源。”
高等教育公平是教育公平的一支，高等教育公平包括受教育者接受高等教育的机会平等、权利平等和教育结果的公平，即做到学生接受高等教育的起点是公平的，接受高等教育的过程是公平的，高等教育的结果也是公平的。
