摘要：随着我国社会不断发展，不同地区之间、社会阶层之间的差距也在不断拉大，教育公平的问题进一步凸显，成为社会关注的焦点。虽然我国教育公平的整体情况得到不断改善，但在某些方面发展的差距还有继续拉大的趋势，仍存在很多问题。当前我国教育不公是由诸多原因造成的，需要政府作为“第一责任人”采取多种措施，以促进教育公平的实现。

Abstract:Along with the social development, between different regions, the gap between social classes are widening, and education fair problem further highlight, become the focus of social attention. Although our country's education fair whole case was improved continuously, but in some ways the gap between development and continue to the trend of widening, there are still many problems. The current our country education injustice is caused by many reasons, need government as the "first person" in a variety of measures, so as to promote the realization of education fairness.

随着教育改革的不断深化和素质教育的全面推进，我国教育事业取得了举世瞩目的成就。然而，从总体上看，我国现阶段市场经济发展水平还不高，社会正处于转型过程中，低水平、不全面、不均衡的教育资源供给与经济及社会发展的多元化需求，特别是与人民群众日益增长的对教育“足量优质”需求之间的矛盾，成为了当前我国教育的主要矛盾。“人人有学上”、“人人上好学”是当前人民群众对教育公平的强烈呼声。
