摘要：农村养老保障是农村社会保障的重要组成部分，建立新型农村社会养老保险制度意义重大。目前，建立健全这一制度,要因地制宜,建立起适合本地的新型农村养老保障制度。本文以较为成熟的社会养老保险制度理论为依据，以宜兴市农村社会保险制度的执行状况为主要研究对象，结合我国当前农村社会养老保险制度中所存在的问题和面临的难点，探讨研究完善宜兴市新型农村社会养老保险制度建设的建议及对策。

Abstract:The rural old-aged security is an important component of rural social security. Establishment of new rural social old-age security system is of great significance. At present, establish and improve the system to local conditions, to establish their suitability in our new rural old-age security system. In this paper, a more mature theory of the social pension insurance system, based in Yixing City, the rural state of implementation of the social security system as the main object of study, combining the current rural social endowment insurance system in the face of the problems and difficulties of study and improve the Yixing City, the new rural social pension insurance system’s suggestions and countermeasures.

本文以“新型农村社会养老保险制度执行分析—以宜兴市为例”为题，简述宜兴市当前新型农村社会养老保障制度的执行情况。文章重点通过四个部分的内容来阐述本课题，分别是新型农村社会养老保险的概念及意义、宜兴市农村状况及主要农村社会保险制度的分析、宜兴市农村社会养老保险制度的执行现状及原因分析、完善宜兴市新型农民养老保险制度建设的建议及对策。其中，以宜兴市农村社会养老保险制度的执行现状为主要研究对象，分析宜兴市在新型农村社会养老保险制度执行中取得的成效和存在的问题，并在此基础上，结合宜兴市现状，提出完善新型农村社会养老保险制度的建议和对策。
