摘要:本课题设计一钢板厚度测量系统,该系统能自动测出钢板的厚度,超越上下限则报警,代替原先的手工抽样测量,提高了工作效率,防止抽样检查客观上存在的漏检。在线自动测量的任务就是要通过自动检测,及时发现不合格产品。测量的基本工作原理是利用低频透射式电涡流传感器测量得的电压和钢板厚度有关,通过A/D转换将所测电压转换成二进制数据送单片微型计算机进行处理,单片微型计算机将该数据经非线性正后送显示器显示,并且和预置的上下闲值进行比较超限报警。

Abstract: This project is to design a plate thickness measurement system, the system can automatically measure the thickness of steel plate, with alarm when exceeded the upper and lower limits, compare with the original hand-sample measurements, significant improved efficiency, and foolish proof the existence of objective sampling missed. On-line automatic measurement is the task of automatic detection through the timely detection of substandard products, such as plate steel sheet of the project to design a computer on-line automatic measurement system, the system can automatically measure the thickness of steel plate, beyond the upper and lower limits are the police.
