摘要:以丙烯酸丁酯、醋酸乙烯酯为原料,AIBN为引发剂,采用溶液聚合法制备溶剂型聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶。讨论了不同种类及用量的增粘树脂对压敏胶初粘性和剥离强度的影响。讨论了加入极性单体HPA和SEBS与丙烯酸酯共聚后压敏胶性能的变化。以N210、TDI、一缩二乙二醇为原料合成聚氨酯,聚氨酯再与含2%HPA的聚丙烯酸酯共聚合成压敏胶。研究了加入增粘树脂后压敏胶剥离强度的变化。实验结果表明,在丙烯酸酯压敏胶体系中,加入增粘树脂后,压敏胶的初粘力下降,180°剥离强度增加。相较于138增粘树脂和萜烯树脂 ,801增粘树脂的加入使得压敏胶的各项性能最佳。当加入801增粘树脂的量为20%时,剥离强度较大,为18.76N/25mm。在聚氨酯丙烯酸酯共聚体系中,随着聚氨酯的加入量增加,初粘力变化不大,剥离强度先增加后降低。加入增粘树脂后发现,当聚氨酯含量为30%、801增粘树脂含量为20%时,压敏胶的180°剥离强度达到最大,为40.90 N/25mm。

Abstract:Acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesives were successfully synthesized with butyl acrylate , vinyl acetate as the raw materials , AIBN as initiator . They were synthesized by radical solution polymerization . The effect of the different kinds and amounts of tackifying resin on the pressure-sensitive adhesives was discussed . The properties were changed when polar monomer HPA and SEBS added to the system . Polyurethane was prepared by polyether 210 , toluene diisocyanate and diethylene glycol as the raw materials . Then , the copolymerization of polyurethane and acrylate was studied . The effect of the different proportions of tackifying resin on the peel strength of pressure-sensitive adhesive was investigated . The results showed that , compared to 138 tackifying resin and terpene resin , 801 tackifying resin makes pressure-sensitive adhesive of the best performance . The peel strength was largest when 20% 801 tackifying resin was added to the system . When the content of polyurethane in the copolymer was 30% , 801 tackifying resin was 20% , the peel strength of pressure-sensitive adhesive was 40.90N/25mm .
