摘 要：在国际市场的竞争压力和挑战下，以及国内企业不断更新技术，安徽省对外贸易竞争压力越来越大。此外，安徽对外贸易中存在的问题也不容忽视，对外贸易总量较小、对外贸易结构还不够优、贸易摩擦日益增多、人民币加快升值、国内价格持续上涨、横向竞争压力日益加剧、贸易和投资保护主义不断升温以及世界经济的不稳定性，此类问题成为安徽对外贸易发展的障碍。然而，安徽省对外贸易的稳步发展对于安徽省经济在中部崛起起着至关重要的作用。发展安徽省的对外贸易，可以促进技术进步，增强企业实力，并可以促进产业结构向合理化方向发展。
本文对安徽对外贸易的现状及历史进行了回顾，安徽的对外贸易几年来持续增长，但是仍面临着总量较小的问题。在相关政策上，安徽积极主动实施走出去战略，优化出口结构，积极扩大出口，完善公平贸易政策推进国际区域经济合作。金融危机以来，安徽对外贸易发展也遇到有利的经济环境，世界经济和贸易的复苏、国际国内产业转移以及国家宏观政策的调整。本文在分析了问题现状和机遇后，运用对比分析，借鉴发达地区的有利经验，进一步研究了安徽对外贸易的发展战略和对策。

ABSTRACT：Under the pressure of competition and challenges in the international market and the development of constantly domestic updated technology, the competitive pressure of Anhui foreign trade shows stronger and stronger. What’s more, there are many problems existing in Anhui foreign trade which can not be ignored: a smaller number of foreign trade in total, not good enough in its structure, an increasing number of trade fictions, RMB appreciation, continual rise of domestic prices, a growing development of competition pressure in horizontal level, a constantly growth in trade and investment protectionism and the instability of world economy. All the problems above discourage the development of Anhui foreign trade. However, the steady development of Anhui province plays an essential part in Anhui economy growth in the central part of China. Actually, developing Anhui foreign trade can boost technological progress, strengthen enterprise power and promote the development of industrial structure in the direction of rationalization.
This paper will review the history and the present situation in Anhui foreign trade. In fact, Anhui foreign trade has showed steady growth in recent years, while it is still faced with problems of a smaller number in total in foreign trade. In the relevant policy, we can easily see that Anhui actively implement the strategy of going out to optimize export structure, actively expand exports and improve a fair policy to promote international and regional cooperation. Furthermore, since the financial crisis, Anhui foreign trade also encounters a favored economic environment, the recovery of world economy and trade, domestic and international industrial transfer as well as national macro-policy adjustment. In the paper, I first analyze existing problems and opportunities, and then I will make a further research on strategies of Anhui foreign trade by using comparative analysis and learning beneficial experience from the developed areas.
