摘 要:目前，文化贸易已经是国际贸易不可或缺的重要组成部分。不同于一般的商品贸易，文化贸易的产品蕴含着一国的文化特质，文化产品的贸易不仅是经济上的往来合作，也是各国文化上的相互交流和影响。当前我国的文化贸易存在着逆差严重，结构失衡等诸多问题，同时又面临着欧美日韩等文化强国的强势压迫，正是处于内外夹击的艰难困境中。所以研究我国文化贸易的现状并提出相关对策有着重要的现实意义。
本文首先对涉及到的主要概念进行了具体介绍，包括文化产品、文化产业和文化贸易。接着从结构性逆差、出口文化产品结构失衡、输出地过于集中和知识产权保护不力四个方面详细分析了我国目前文化贸易的现状并探讨了这些问题的形成原因。然后讨论了我国和其他国家在文化贸易方面的差距，重点是美韩两国在文化贸易方面的竞争优势，并总结了对我国的借鉴意义。最后针对我国文化贸易现状所存在的问题，分别从国家和企业两个角度阐述了发展我国文化贸易的对策。全文主要围绕我国的文化贸易展开讨论，从现状入手，发现问题并提出解决方案。

ABSTRACT:In 21st century, the cultural trade is an important and indispensable part of international trade. Different from the general merchandise trade, cultural trade products contain the cultural characteristic of a country. Cultural trade is not only the economic cooperation, but also the mutual cultural communication and influence. Facing the strong repression of US, Europe, Japan and Korea, China's cultural trade has serious deficit , structural imbalance and many other issues, which is under internal and external attacks. So, the research of China's cultural trade and countermeasures has an important realistic meaning.
This paper introduced the main concepts involved in detail, including cultural products, cultural industry and cultural trade. Then from the three aspects of the structural deficit, the structural imbalance of cultural products and concentrated import places, the writer analysed the situation of China's cultural trade and the causes of these problems. Then, the writer discussed the disadvantages of China in cultural trade, compared with other countries, especially US and South Korea, and summarized the significance of reference to china. Finally, according to the problems of current situation of China's cultural trade, the writer respectively summarized countermeasures for the development of China's cultural trade from two aspects of the state and enterprises. The paper centered on China's foreign trade in culture, found problems and proposed solutions from the present situation.
