摘要：对世界各国来说，石油资源的足量的供应，是关系到国计民生的重大问题。本文通过对国际石油出口的现状研究，认为供需因素影响国际石油出口的长期趋势，而石油出口的短期变化主要受到诸如地缘政治、美元汇率、投机行为等因素的影响。通过对国际石油趋势的分析，本文认为石油出口总的趋势是好的；从长期来看，国际石油出口会出现先抑后扬；而短期内受多种因素的影响，国际石油出口仍然可能会出现一定的震荡。

ABSTRACT：For countries around the world, the adequate supply of petroleum resources is an important issue which concerns the national economy and people's livelihood. This article through the study about the present situation of international oil exports, believe that the long-term trend of supply and demand factors affecting international oil exports,and short-term changes of the oil exports are mainly affected by such as geopolitics, the dollar exchange rate, the influence of factors such as speculation. Through the analysis of the trend of international oil, this paper argues that the general trend of oil export is good. In the long run, the international oil exports will appear good after the suppression first, and is influenced by many factors in the short term, it still can appear certain concussion international oil exports.

我国是一个石油需求大国，目前国际原油贸易受到多方面的影响和制约，导致其呈现出特定的特点和走势。近年来，由于经融危机影响，国际社会对石油的需求量增长缓慢；而受制于石油储备有限及开发难度上升的原因，石油供给也不容乐观，石油价格呈现出不稳定的状态。在众多影响石油贸易的因素中，价格因素是最为主要、影响最深远的。石油价格将直接影响国际石油需求市场，并且反作用于石油出口。
本课题的研究目的及意义主要是从国际石油出口的现状，特点以及和国际石油出口的发展趋势等方面分析，以石油价格的变化为核心，全面探讨国际石油的发展前景。主要目的在于通过研究国际石油的出口现状，特点来了解国际石油趋势，并从中获得启示，进而为我国石油进口的正确方向和国际石油贸易的正确发展提供理论支持。为我国政府在制定石油方面的政策上提供一些意见和做法，可行性的建议。
