摘要:随着社会经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高，人们对于食品的安全问题添加了普遍关注。而蔬菜作为仅次于粮食的世界第二大农产品，首当其冲地成为了人们关注的目标。近年来有机蔬菜种植成为了江阴市的新兴产业，并以其品质优良声名远播，有组织的发展有机蔬菜已经成为全球的共同发展趋势。然而无论是在有机蔬菜的种植、生产过程中还是销售出口等方面，都多多少少的存在一些问题。
本课题主要以江阴市有机蔬菜产品的出口作为研究分析的对象，结合自己所学知识并参考相关的文献，以及江阴市统计局统计年鉴提供的有关真实数据，进一步研究分析在全世界人民对食品安全、有机绿色食品添加普遍关注，有机蔬菜应运而生的情况下，江阴市有机蔬菜产品目前发展状况以及出口现状，从中发现问题，究其原因，结合江阴特有的地理环境，总结并得出有效扩大江阴市有机蔬菜产品出口的解决方案或建议。

Abstract:With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standard , people have added widespread concern about food safety problems . However as second only to food , vegetables are the world's second-largest agricultural products , which first to become a target for attention . In recent years organic vegetables planting has become the emerging industry in jiangyin , and famous for its fine quality . The development of organized organic vegetables has become the world's common development trend . However , whether in the process of organic vegetables planting , production or sales outlet , etc. , all lightly has some problems .
This topic mainly uses jiangyin organic vegetables exports as the object of research and analysis , which is combined with my own knowledge and referred to the relevant literature , and jiangyin statistics yearbook with the real data . At the historic moment that organic vegetables arises and people all over the world add attention to food safety , organic green food . I will research and analyse jiangyin organic vegetable product development and export status at present , and discover questions , then investigate its reason . At least I will summarize and conclude some effective expansion of jiangyin organic vegetable products export solutions or suggestions in combination with jiangyin peculiar geographical environment .
