摘要:服务外包产业是现代高端服务业的重要组成部分，其发展给现代服务业带来了管理技术、管理理念和商业模式的创新。金融危机下的产业发展给中国服务外包业 带来了难得的机遇，广州的服务外包业也因此获得快速发展。本文重点介绍了现阶段广州服务外包业的发展现状，分析了广州服务外包业在发展过程中存在的一些问题，参考借鉴国外其他国家或地区的服务外包发展经验及优势，从加强外包服务业普及与人才培训、加强政策支持、加强产权保护、扩大市场、正确定位并打造服务平台等方面提出广州发展服务外包业的解决对策。

Abstract:Service outsourcing industry is a modern high-end service industry important component, its development of modern service industry brings to the management of technology, management and business model innovation. Under the financial crisis to China service outsourcing industry development brought rare opportunity, Guangzhou's service outsourcing industry has obtained rapid development. This paper focuses on the present stage Guangzhou service outsourcing industry development present situation, analysed Guangzhou service outsourcing industry in the development process of some existing problems, reference to draw lessons from abroad to other countries or regions of the service outsourcing development experience and advantages, from the strengthening of service outsourcing industry popularity and talents training, strengthen policy support, strengthen the protection of the property rights, expand market, correct positioning and build service platform put forward from the aspects of the development of Guangzhou service outsourcing industry countermeasures.

对于广州而言，服务外包产业所具有的信息技术承载度高、耗资低、附加值大、国际化水平高、环境污染少、吸纳就业等等特点，既符合广州特有资源和人才的禀赋特性，又有利于广州实现现代化服务也的高起点发展，将为广州推动先进制造业与高新技术产业集群创造出优越的条件。而能否抓住服务外包这个转移机遇，在新一轮的国际分工中占据着有利的位置，对广州未来经济的发展至关重要。
