摘要
80年代以来，随着国际分工的日益深化和国际产业结构的迅速调整，以及第三产业的日益发展和国际间经济交流的不断扩大，国际服务贸易异军突起，发展速度超过了国际货物贸易，并日益受到各国政府的重视。而且国际服务贸易的发展速度超过了国际货物贸易，成为经济发展的主导之一。因此发展服务贸易成为各国的经济建设的主要内容之一。
从改革开放以来，中国的服务贸易不断发展,在世界服务贸易中的排名不断上涨，贸易额不断加大。但中国服务贸易发展过程中存在一些问题，因此本文以中国服务贸易竞争优势为研究课题。
首先，本文介绍服务贸易的一些基本情况，如：服务贸易的涵义、特点等；然后介绍本文所用到的方法――国家竞争优势，介绍其基本内容和影响；再次比较中美国服务贸易的竞争力，用国家竞争优势分析中国在服务贸易中存在的问题，最后对国家在服务贸易发展提出一些建议。
本文利用国家竞争优势分析中国服务贸易的竞争优势，指出中国服务贸易发展的情况，使人们对中国服务贸易发展有一定的认识，从而对中国进行国际服务贸易的企业有一定的参考价值。

Abstract
Since the 80s, with the deepening international division of labor and the rapid adjustment of the international industrial structure and increasing the tertiary industry development and international economic exchanges between the continuous expansion of international trade in services have sprung up everywhere, faster than the development of international trade in goods, and increasingly attention by governments. And the development of international trade in services faster than international trade in goods, to become one of the leading economic development. Therefore the development trade in services becomes one of various countries' economic development primary coverage.
From the reform and opening up, China's continuous development of trade in services, trade in services in the world ranking rising volume of trade continues to grow. But China's service trade development processes there are some problems, so this competitive advantage to China's service trade to study the issue.
First, this article introduces the trade in services some basic situations, for example: Trade in services implication, characteristic and so on; Then introduction this article uses the method - country competitive advantage, introduces its basic content and the influence; Compares the US trade in services competitive power once more, analyzes China with the country competitive advantage the question which exists in the trade in services, finally puts forward some proposals to the country in the trade in services development. This article uses the country competitive advantage to analyze China trade in services the competitive advantage, pointed out that China trade in services development the situation, enables the people to have certain understanding to China trade in services development, thus carries on the international trade in services to China the enterprise to have certain reference value.
