摘要：随着改革开放的不断深入，社会主义市场经济体制的进一步确立，我国城镇居民的收入普遍提高，人们的生活水平明显改善。但是，在发展中另一种趋势也明显起来，即我国城镇居民收入两级分化的程度在加剧。本文主要介绍中国城镇居民收入差异的现状，总结中国城镇居民收入差异大的原因，研究并找出改善中国城镇居民收入差异大的措施。

Abstract:Along with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, system of socialist market economy further established, China's urban residents income rises generally, people's living standard improved obviously. However, in the development of another trend is also apparent, namely the income of dweller of our country town two class differentiation in magnitude. This paper mainly introduces the current situation of difference of income of Chinese town dweller, summarizes the difference of income of Chinese town dweller big reason, study and find out the difference of income of Chinese town dweller big improvement measures.

收入差距扩大有利于提高经济效率促进生产力发展，不等于说收入差距可以无限扩大。如果收入差距的扩大超过了社会的承受能力，超过了生产力发展允许的界限，或者收入差距是由某些不合理因素引起的，那么，就会对经济和社会发展带来严重的负面影响。目前，我国城镇居民收入差距的扩大就已经对经济社会产生了一定的不良影响。
同时，收入差距的扩大，是世界上绝大多数国家工业化过程中不可避免的一个现象，是绝大多数国家经济增长过程中的一个带规律性的现象。在工业化过程中，大多数国家或地区的经济增长和收入差距之间具有相关性，即在从前工业社会向现工业社会过渡的过程中，收入差距先是扩大，然后才缩小。我国总体上正处于从前工业社会向现工业社会迈进的过程中，基本上处于相对扩大的区间，可以说当前我国收入差距的相对扩大在一定意义上符合世界经济发展的规律。但是，随着工业化步伐的迈进，城镇居民收入的差异会逐步的减小。
