摘要：市场经济究其本质，其实是一种信用经济。在市场经济中，金融业作为现代经济的核心，扮演着一个极为重要的角色，诚信是其赖以存在和稳健发展最基本的道德基石。近几年来，上海加速推进国际金融中心建设的进程，便导致市场对金融人才的需求呈现着不断增长的趋势，但因此也浮现出了很多金融人才的不诚信与不道德问题，对于金融人才的诚信教育产生了负面的影响。通过实地访谈及问卷调查，对上海国际金融中心建设和金融人才诚信教育问题展开调查，并结合国外金融创新中不道德行为的案例，提出加强金融人才诚信教育的对策建议。

Abstract：The essence of market economy is actually a kind of credit economy. The financial industry as the core of modern economy plays an extremely important role, integrity is the basic on which its existence and the steady development. In recent years, Shanghai accelerate the process of the construction of international financial center, it led the demand for financial talents shown a rising trend, but also emerged a lot of financial talent dishonest and immoral problems, has a negative effect on the integrity education of financial talent. Through on-the-spot interview and questionnaire survey, I investigated the construction of Shanghai international financial center and the integrity education of financial talent problem, and combined with cases of unethical behavior in foreign financial innovation, put forward suggestions of strengthen the integrity education of financial talents.
