摘要:随着经济和社会的发展,特别是市场经济的发展,近几十年以来,民营企业的发展非常迅猛,对于人才的需求越来越多,人才的竞争成为了现代民营企业竞争的关键性因素,同时也成为了现代民营企业发展中的一个重要目标。民营企业要实现长远的战略目标,就要在企业内部建立一支强有力的人才队伍,实现人力资源的合理利用以促进企业的可持续发展。

   但是,民营企业的人才流失又给现代民营企业带来了很大的麻烦,特别是人类社会进入到21世纪以来,随着社会经济危机的深化、市场经济竞争的加剧,现代民营企业面临着生死存亡的危机。人才战略是企业长远战略目标实现的重要保证、是企业发展的命脉、更是企业最宝贵的财富。所以,民营企业如何建立一支稳定的、高素质、高质量的人才队伍;留住现有人才;吸引未来人才,已成为民营企业亟待解决的重要问题。本文从民营企业的内涵特征、社会作用、通常的用人机制等方面来研究民营企业的人才流失。

ABSTRACT:With the economic and social development, especially the development of market economy in recent decades has been very rapid development of private enterprises, more and more demand for talent, talent competition has become a key competitive modern private enterprise factors, but also become a modern private enterprise development is an important goal. Private enterprises to achieve long-term strategic objectives, it is necessary to establish a strong in-house personnel, the rational use of human resources in order to promote sustainable development of enterprises.

    However, private enterprises brain drain gave modern private enterprise has brought a lot of trouble, especially in the human society into the 21st century, along with the deepening socio-economic crisis, increased competition in the market economy, modern private enterprises are faced with life or death crisis. Their long-term human resources strategy is an important guarantee to achieve strategic objectives, is the lifeblood of enterprise development, the soul of the enterprise, it is the company's most valuable asset. Therefore, private  enterprises  how to build a stable, high-quality, high-quality personnel; retain existing personnel; attract future talent, private enterprises have become an important issue to be solved. This article features content from private enterprises, social role, the brain drain situation, causes and countermeasures to study the brain drain of private enterprises.
