摘要：居民支出结构与实现内需扩大密切相关，优化支出结构将有助于内需扩大。最终消费需求即内部总需求是拉动经济增长的“三驾马车”中的一驾马车。长期以来我国经济增长主要依靠出口与投资的拉动，靠内需拉动则是“软肋”。那么实现内需扩大，是拉动重庆地区经济增长一个较好的方式。在此，希望通过本课题的研究，为重庆地区优化支出结构，实现内需扩大提出合理意见。
本文以重庆市统计信息网提供的有关2005-2012年重庆市城镇居民消费支出数据为基础，开展重庆市城镇居民支出结构动态研究。
本文主要分八个部分，第一部分绪论，主要研究选题背景、研究目的和意义以及研究思路；第二部分对城镇居民支出结构及内需相关含义的界定；第三部分，分析重庆城镇居民支出结构的现状；第四部分，利用一元回归模型求各项支出的回归模型；第五部分，利用回归模型，对各项支出进行预测；第六部分是重点，根据重庆城镇居民支出数据以及预测数据对重庆城镇居民消费支出的进行动态分析；并由此过渡到文章第七部分，分析支出结构动态变化影响内需扩大所存在的问题；第八部分是重中之重，根据全文的分析，提出实现支出结构优化，内需扩大的如下意见：稳定商品价格，提高居民收入；完善社会保障制度；政府进行正确的消费引导；破除旧的消费观念；合理安排个人可支配收入；抓住时事消费热点，满足居民需求；提高产品质量，促进居民消费。

本文通过对重庆城镇居民消费结构的问题研究，了解了居民消费结构的基本含义，明确了当前重庆城镇居民消费结构现状。虽然我只是万千重庆居民其中之一，但是我还是心系重庆地方经济的发展，希望能为优化重庆城镇居民支出结构提出建设性的意见。经过该课题的研究后，我才更加体会到合理支出结构的重要性，同时，也对自己以后的收入安排有了初步设想。
针对我市居民在消费结构上存在的问题，虽然我也很想改变这样的现状，但这并不是简单的事情，也不是自己想改变就能改变的，我们只能从理论上提出相应的对策与建议。没有得出一个一劳永逸的方法。
本文的原始数据均来自于重庆市统计信息网，文中图表是通过对原始数据加工所得，数据准确可信度高，但是由于时间和知识、研究水平以及方式的限制，数据分析的广度和深度还不够，论文不可避免的存在许多不足之处和一定的局限性，对我市城镇居民支出结构分析得不够详细和充分，部分问题解决的对策在实际操作过程中可能实施较为困难，使得本文的研究还停留在定性分析层面上，若有条件，应将之升级到定量的基础上分析，建立相关模型。
