摘要:随着我国民航业的不断发展，航班延误导致的赔偿问题也逐渐突出。航班延误不仅给广大乘客带来了不便，若不能妥善处理,还会导致诸如乘客霸机、占机等严重影响机场秩序的问题出现，而这些问题都会严重制约着我国航空业自身的发展，但我国现今关于航班延误赔偿的立法还不足以处理好延误的赔偿与后续服务工作。本文探究了制定航班延误赔偿法对于提高我国民航法制建设，构建和谐民航的重要性，结合国外研究经验与国内现状制定专门法律，规范我国民航业赔偿标准，从根本上缓解航空公司与乘客间的矛盾，最大程度地降低航空公司和乘客间的纠纷给航空业发展带来的不利影响。

近几年来我国有关航班延误的纠纷、投诉和诉讼越来越多, 航班延误的赔偿和后续处理问题成为了社会各界关注的焦点。然而，我国现有的有关航班延误赔偿的规定并不能有效地解决不断出现的航班延误赔偿问题，航班延误赔偿制度的缺乏不仅给消费者带来不便，同时也给航空公司带来许多不利的影响。我国有必要尽快制定出一部内容详尽、系统的《航班延误赔偿法》来缓解消费者与航空公司之间的纠纷，解决现今航班延误赔偿中存在的问题。
