摘要:电子商务作为一种越来越受消费者欢迎的市场交易方式,在带给人们便捷、丰富的消费商品和服务信息的同时,大大的增加了消费者权益遭受损害的几率,极大地侵害了消费者的合法权益。笔者写作此题目的意义是保障电子商务发展的大方向不变向着有利的方向去发展,维护电子商务环境的稳定性,基于此,本文首先分析了电子商务中消费者权益保护的必要性,其次提出了电子商务中消费者权益保护存在的主要问题,最后通过分析国外关于电子商务消费者权益保护的立法现状,在借鉴国外先进立法经验的基础上,提出了解决电子商务中消费者权益保护问题相应的措施。

Abstract:Electronic commerce as a more consumer-friendly market transactions in convenient to bring with it a wealth of information of consumer goods and services at the same time, greatly increase the chance of the interests of consumers have suffered damage, greatly against the consumer legitimate rights and interests. The author writing the significance of this topic is the protection of the general direction of the development of electronic commerce is the same favorable direction to develop and maintain the stability of electronic commerce environment, this paper first analyzes the need for consumer protection in electronic commerce, followed by presented the main problems of electronic commerce, consumer protection, and abroad by analyzing the legislative status of electronic commerce consumer protection on the basis of drawing on advanced foreign legislative experience is proposed to solve the EC Consumer Rights protection corresponding measures.
