摘要:民事简易程序是法院审理相对简单民事案件的专门程序，它是民事诉讼中的一项重要法律制度。当前我国民事诉讼简易程序在审判实践中发挥了较大作用，但是目前我国的简易程序仍存在许多不完善的地方。为了适应市场经济及司法改革的需要，使简易程序更好地发挥其应有的作用，对其进行改革势在必行。本文通过实证调查研究，阐述我国民事简易程序，并对我国民事简易程序的现状与缺陷进行了分析。本文还论述了我国民事简易程序改革的必要性。除此之外，本文通过比较研究方法介绍大陆法系和英美法系一些主要国家立法体例以资借鉴。在此基础上，根据我国的社会现实情况对我国民事简易程序的改革和完善提出自己的一点见解。

Abstract:Civil summary procedure is a special procedure for the relatively simple civil cases,it is an important part of civil action. At present the simple procedure of civil lawsuit of our country plays quite big part in the judging practice. However,at present,China's summary procedure still has many imperfections．In order to meet the need of market economy and judicial reform and make the simple procedure still play its part，it is imperative to reform it. By way of field study, this article describes and analyses the present state and shortcomings existing in our country's civil summary procedure. It also talks about the necessity on the reformation and perfection of the civil summary procedure.Besides it,the article introduced the civil summary procedure of some countries from the Civil Law System and the Common Law System by employing the method of comparative study so that we could learn something from them. Based on this and also in accordance with the social reality of our country，this article has been given some suggestions on the reformation and perfection of the civil summary procedure.
