摘  要:目的  研究海马注射beta-淀粉样蛋白对大鼠行为能力的影响。

   方法  借助立体定位仪对大鼠进行beta-淀粉样蛋白的脑内注射后进行穿梭箱实验观察大鼠行为和学习能力,除此之外进行大鼠大脑的组织切片观察。

   结果  手术后大鼠学习记忆能力有所下降,学习增长斜率比之前下降了许多。大脑组织在HE染色后出现细胞数量减少,细胞形态改变的现象,有些细胞死亡。

   结论  说明beta-淀粉样蛋白对大鼠行为能力有影响,这个方法可以作为AD的模型建立方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of amyloid-beta protein on the behavior ability of rats.

   Method With the help of stereotaxic instrument, the amyloid-beta protein was injected on brain of rats .Through the shuttle box test to examine the behavior and memory capacity of the rats. Further to make the rat brain tissue observation.

   Results After the operation, the rat's learning and memory ability have falling down. Learning growth slope ratio dropped a lot. After HE staining,the brain tissue appeared a decrease in the number of cells and the shape of cell have changed. Some cell death.

   Conclusion The beta amyloid protein on rat behavior ability has effect. This method can be used as AD model establishing method.
