摘要:近年来,随着经济全球化日益增长的趋势,越来越多的企业选择进入国际化营销竞争。华为技术有限公司,中国本土企业,是较早进行国际化经营的代表,最初从事通信产品的代理,多年来,为了使成为在国际上领导地位的电信解决方案供应商的目标实现,不断随公司发展变化选择适应的战略,以及进入国际市场经营。

   本文选择华为技术有限公司的国际市场为研究对象,立足于华为公司的基本情况,研究华为公司在国际市场经营的活动历程,结合相关国际竞争战略理论,提出切合华为公司在国际市场的竞争战略及其成功实施的保障措施。竞争战略选择上,华为在采用成本领先战略和差异化战略相结合,更好的在国际市场站稳脚跟。本文中对华为的内外环境因素进行分析,以得出华为竞争力的优劣势和机遇挑战。首先优势包括成本优势、市场优势、日渐成熟的客户和逐渐增强的技术研发能力;劣势则有公司规模太小、缺乏核心技术、受制于国外厂商;而机遇包含了中国加入WTO、全球电信业竞争形势,这些都有利于华为的发展;最后华为还面对资本结构调整与上市问题和国际经营风险。为此,注重基础研究,掌握核心技术、强化产品开发过程管理,提升产品质量、通过规模化生产,有效降低成本、完善贴近客户的网络,提供业界最佳的服务,这四方面可以完善华为在实施竞争战略的不足。

Abstract:With the rapid development of economy globalization these years, more and more enterprises have been involved in global competition. Huawei Company, as one of the pioneer beginning internationalization strategy, starting with agenting telecommunication products, chooses international operation according to its own development demand over the years, whose goal is to become a international influential supplier towards the telecommunication solutions. 

   This article chooeses international market of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. as the research object , based on the basic situation of Huawei , Huawei course of research activities in the international market operation , combined with relevant international competitive strategy theory, Huawei's competitive strategy to meet the international market and its successful implementation of safeguards. Choice of competitive strategy , Huawei adopted cost leadership strategy and differentiation strategy combined with a better foothold in the international market. Paper Huawei internal and external environmental factors were analyzed to derive Huawei's competitive strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities challenges. First advantages including cost and market advantages , increasingly sophisticated customers and gradually increased R & D capabilities ; disadvantage compared with companies too small , lack of core technology , subject to foreign manufacturers ; while opportunities included China joined the WTO, the global competition in the telecommunications industry situation, which are conducive to the development of Huawei ; finally Huawei also face the problem of capital restructuring and listing , the lack of international talent and international business risks . To this end, emphasis on basic research, master core technologies , strengthen product development process management, improve product quality, through large-scale production , reduce costs , improve network close to the customer , providing the industry's best service, these four aspects can improve Huawei inadequate implementation of competitive strategy .
