摘要: 中小企业已经成为盐城地区经济增长的主要力量，地方财政收入的重要来源，解决就业的主要渠道。但中小企业一直存在融资难的问题，制约着其顺利发展。本文通过对盐城市中小企业融资现状分析，探讨中小企业融资难的原因。结果表明中小企业融资难不仅来自于企业本身各方面的不足，也来自于外部环境。特别是银行的大企业偏好性影响较大，政府的支持不足，相关的法律法规不够完善等因素。基于盐城市融资困境分析结果，结合对关系型融资的成本与收益分析，探讨盐城市中小企业关系型融资的可行性。并提出促进盐城中小企业关系型融资发展的对策与建议。

Abstract: Small and medium-sized enterprises have become a major force in the Yancheng area of economic growth, an important source of local fiscal revenue, the main channel to solve the employment. But small and medium-sized enterprises have difficulties in financing, which restricts its smooth development. In this paper, through the analysis of the financing situation of SMEs in Yancheng City, financing of small and medium-sized enterprises. The results show that the problem of financing small and medium enterprises not only from the enterprise itself in all aspects, but also from the external environment. Especially the influence of large enterprises preference banks, lack of government support, the relevant laws and regulations are not perfect etc.. Yancheng City financing dilemma based on the results of the analysis, combined with the analysis of the costs and benefits of relationship financing, feasibility of Yancheng City SME relational financing. And puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of Yancheng SME relational financing.
